Competitor Benchmarking

Our client, a global electronics company, wished to undertake a benchmarking exercise to determine how well it was performing in four major consumer product markets. The study involved a review of publicly available sustainability reports followed by internal stakeholder interviews (key accounts managers, policy advisors, etc) to determine whether the gaps in performance between them and their competitors was due to poor external promotion of their environmental credentials or due to actual poor performance.
