Oakdene Hollins Quality Assurance Policy
Implementing and maintaining a quality management system is a priority for the success of our business. We have designed the quality assurance policy so that we work in a smarter way.
What Oakdene Hollins offers its customers
We provide technical, economic and policy analysis research and consultancy services relating to the circular economy, sustainable products and innovative technologies and materials sectors. Our clients expect us to assist them in meeting their own objectives. These vary by client and could include profit maximisation, compliance with best practice in the management of public funds or demonstrating a thorough and objective analysis of a policy or technology.
Our objective is to provide these services by operating a comprehensive, co-ordinated business management system which assures the quality of all services offered by the Company. This system is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
This objective will be measured by the following annual performance targets for the business:
- New business sales targets.
- Consultant utilisation percentage.
- Matching our actual time spent on projects to our initial time budget.
- Matching the costs of our business development activities to the value of new sales.
Oakdene Hollins' commitment to quality
We are committed to ensuring that our business management system is effective in achieving the quality standards set. We will aim to continually improve our services, processes and our BMS. To supplement the regular project update meetings at which we will consider how to improve the delivery of individual projects, we will have occasional meetings to identify improvements to our general procedures and methods of working. At least one member of the Management Team will be involved in these meetings and will take responsibility for investigating the proposals and implementing change.
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure that it continues to be suitable.
David Fitzsimons has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the quality system is adopted, used, improved and understood by everyone at Oakdene Hollins.
